Benefit Packages
Some Employment Benefits Packages will include a number of sessions up to a specific dollar amount within them. Check with your benefit plan for your specific coverage.

$150 per 55 minute session for individuals.

$160 per 55 minute session for couples.

Janine has a limited number of slots within her caseload that are calculated on a sliding scale (this will be gauged based upon your income and affordability).

Payment Options
Cash, Cheque, or Direct Wire Transfer. A receipt will be issued upon payment.

Janine is registered with the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board–direct billing provided.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice to our office. Since we are unable to use this time for another client, please note that you will be billed for the entire cost of your scheduled appointment if it is not timely cancelled, unless such cancellation is due to an emergency.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice (unless due to an emergency) or a scheduled appointment that is completely missed, you will be mailed a bill directly for the full session fee. We appreciate your help in keeping the office schedule running timely and efficiently.
