Grief Therapy

Grief and Loss can be referred to by many different experiences. The loss can be of a loved one, a role, a position, or a responsibility. Change is not an easy process. Therefore, learning how to process this emotional pain can assist with personal growth.

Acknowledging the loss and providing space for it (though uncomfortable) is exceptionally helpful in the healing process. The stages of grief look different for each person and for each loss. The process is overwhelming but one you do not need to be alone in, to navigate those waters.
