Life Transitions

Throughout our life we go through several transitions and changes. With change come some challenges, as change pushes us out of our comfort zone and moves us forward.

Through different life stages, transition periods can become harder to cope with, accept, or understand. Working with different therapy techniques and looking through different lenses can be an eye opening experience.
